The House voted on Monday night to go to conference over the tax bill and the Senate has now voted to do the same:

So what happens now is that a conference committee is formed from both House and Senate representatives and they hash out a compromise on the portions of the bills that are difference.
Once they reach a compromise, both the House and the Senate must approve it before it goes the president’s desk.
