Idiot Democrat, Howard Dean thought he was being edgy tonight when he gave his opinion on the Ann Coulter and UC Berkeley drama. Instead, he miserably failed.
Howard Dean claimed that ‘Hate speech is not protected by the First Amendment’. Really, Howard Dean? And what exactly is ‘hate speech’? So I can go to jail if I say something hateful towards someone? Wow and he was the Democrat nominee in the 2004 election! Yeeeaaaaahhhh!
Look how many idiots retweeted him and ‘liked’ the tweet…yes liberals are this stupid! (shocker)
Conservatives immediately gave Howard Dean a lesson on the First Amendment and how it works. Hint: there is no such thing as ‘hate speech’. The First Amendment was designed to especially protect ‘offensive speech’. That’s the point of the First Amendment, but what should we expect from a mentally ill liberal who hates the Constitution?
Enjoy the destruction….
Hot takes on the law from the Democrats. https://t.co/DM1z24egBX

@GovHowardDean Can you help me out and explain what things you would jail people for saying?
I assume nothing on the Democrat platform.

@GovHowardDean Please tell me you’re not this ignorant or are simply trolling. “Hate speech” isn’t a legal term, it’s political Orwellian language.

@GovHowardDean All speech, ESPECIALLY hate speech, is protected, your constitutionally-retarded buffoon.
